You buy this kit because it's Samsung B-Die and you want potential overclocking stability. Otherwise you are spending $100+ extra for zero perceptible gain.
Solid RAM that runs at 3600MHz 16-16-16-36 stable out of the box at XMP/DOCP with my x570 TUF Plus (Check your mobo QVL before purchasing RAM!). Overclocking headroom is dependent on the luck of the "silicon lottery" and the combination of your other components, but Samsung B-Die has the potential.
Good RGB too!
