Why is it that I keep seeing people recommend cards AFTER the build has been posted? It's always "Well actually, you should have bought this card, It's better in my opinion, I don't care if you already bought a different card, you should buy this one instead." like come on boys, op isn't gonna sell his new card and buy a different card in the same performance demographic.

I would recommend against that specific 5700xt due to the poor thermal performance compared to similarly priced 5700xts.

doesn't need them, nvme has a boot time advantage by a few seconds and transferring giant files at better speeds, but you probably would never notice them while gaming or using the web

with my current config no, but I'm gonna upgrade at some point, so the board should be fine with an 8 core whenever I get to a gpu bottleneck

Hasn't failed me yet, I've gotten a stable max oc with the 2600 (although I keep it at 4 rather than 4.2 for temps and the likes), vrm temps are well under control, and it's pretty durable. I'll keep it until the point when I need to get a better vrm for a higher core count cpu, but I'm not seeing any bottlenecking with the cpu yet so that's not something I plan on doing.
