Haha gotcha. If you look on the right side of a product's page, below the price, and if you see it say Sold by: [anything that isn't Newegg], it's a marketplace sale. A number of brands are only available via the Marketplace through the First From programs (First From Europe, First From China, etc).
There are two different logos that we use, one of which specifically says 'marketplace.' Here is an example of both logos and both prices listed together.
Sorry, this motherboard is too old and also needs to be available to purchase new at a supported retailer before being added.
Newegg Marketplace listings have absolutely nothing to do with whether there is a straight Newegg listing on the site or not. We often list both of them at the same time. If one of the prices are missing when the other is there, then it isn't available at Newegg, or there's a separate, unrelated issue at play.
That being said, Be Quiet! products are only available on Newegg's Marketplace. There are no non-marketplace listings for them. None of the products you listed above had a cheaper non-marketplace price. They only had a cheaper marketplace price.
Oh okay there we go. I'm sorry you've had to deal with that. Our modeling currently isn't able to check for that specific type of compatibility, but we are working on improving that. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
We currently are only listing fan controllers that can fit into a bay like 5.25". I'll talk to the team about getting this kind of stuff added though.
We list straight Newegg separately from Newegg Marketplace. One does not cause the other to be excluded.
Actually don't worry about it. I'll talk it over with the team to get work out going through it all on our end. Thank you though!
Sure that's perfectly fine. You can just reply with it here too.

I've updated the link to the lower-priced Newegg Marketplace one. There are no non-marketplace Newegg listings of the fan.
Edit: missed a word
I'll be going through adding the rest shortly.
I recommend searching using the global search at the top of the site if it seems like a part is missing. The results will include all parts.
Thanks for the report. I've updated the listing.
Because of the abnormal dimensions of the radiator, the H45 won't be added to the site at this time.
If a part isn't showing, I'd recommend using the global search at the top of the site to make sure the part really isn't there.
Just so you know, this should be showing up correctly now.
They're both on the site now just so you know.
That's on the site now just so you know.

You may wish to check again. It goes up to 166Hz, as is stated on the product page you linked.
I've also added the windowed version here.
Thanks for the report. I've updated the listing now.
Sorry I missed your post. This motherboard was updated a while back.
The Completed Builds section is for PCs that you have finished assembling, and photos of the assembled PC are required for approval. If you upload photos of this PC when it's finished being assembled, please create a new Completed Build, and it will be approved.
If this isn't a PC you already own, you may be looking for the Part List Opinions Wanted subforum or the Guides section, depending on your intentions.
This topic has been moved from "Systems > Create A Part List For Me" to "Hardware > Audio".
He's wrong. They're not legit.
The sale of those keys violate Microsoft ToS, and the keys may be unexpectedly disabled. Recommending, suggesting, advising, encouraging, hinting, or in any way implying these keys as a solution or option is not allowed on this site.
The 1900X should be showing as compatible on the site now. Please let me know if you have any other issues.
I expect that they will turn out to be compatible, but I'm going to make sure before changing anything.
This was actually already on the site. Chances are you had something in your part list that wasn't compatible with it, causing it to be hidden.
Asus doesn't list any 7th Gen i3s in their CPU support list. I'm working on confirming compatibility with them now.
Thanks for the report, and sorry to hear about your build issues. Are you sure the linked card is the one you're using? This image is of the card's thickness, and Gigabyte reports the thickness as 41mm, which means it would only be 2 slots.
Perhaps you're using a different card?
Please note that the part number you provided is for a PNY card, which I've also added now
