I had same sound with the gpu. This is my build from 2 weeks ago:https://pcpartpicker.com/b/KpTBD3 It started at a speciefic rpm on the gpu. But after 2 weeks, the sound is gone. Everything is ok.

I would have a few tips though: Go with ryzen 3rd gen and save some money by buying a rtx 2060 super/RX 5700xt for same/better performance for cheaper!

What did you need to be able to connect all the rgb fans, pump and that stuff the the mobo? Could tell a bit more deeply, cause I'm getting same AIO, case and the fans. What fans came with the AIO? Thanks alot, and super clean build!

You must flash the BIOS on evey b450 mobo. Or ask your retailer to do it.

I abselute love this build! I will be building a same kind of a beast but with a b450 pro carbon ac cuz the future proof beafier VRM and wifi. Still like this, and is it any posible to tell some benchmarks? Like in Overwatch, csgo or fortnite? Would a preciate it:)
