Many thanks for the advice! :-D
Great Build, it's given me some insight to how I should finish my own S4M build. May I ask quick question, where did you purchase you PCI-E 8 Pin 180 degree low profile adapter?
Thanks! :-D The card is a Zotac NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB OC which is 174mm in length. I reckon you could fit a GPU that is 35mm longer at a push.
Well my plan is to use the "Looking Glass" KVM to create and run my Windows VM, but I'm new to the whole VM game. I'm just looking for something more constructive to do than play GTA V all the time. :-p
I really want to do something similar to your build, but running Ubuntu on bare metal and Windows 10 on a VM.
Builds using secondhand parts always have a +1 in my book. :-D
Your SFF build looks fantastic! +1
Dear God this thing is Awesome! I definitely approve of this build! +1
Thanks for the compliments, I enjoyed hunting for deals for this build since the price of new components is so high. In regards to the PSU orientation, I did notice that it was recirculating it's own exhaust, so while installing some more RAM I did flip it around. It has definitely improved temperature during extended gaming sessions.
Thanks for the tip. I've set my frame limit to 60fps and the whole experience has improved. :-D
Thanks for the advice. :-D
