Super clean build. Cable management looks great. +1
Cheif called, he said this is it! Damn clean build my guy. +1
Hate to break this to you bud... but this a 1440p build lol. Looks great! My 1070 handles just about any 1440p i throw at it @75hz. +1
congrats on the build. Nice job keeping an upgrade path available.
1+ for reddit builds
Already saw this on reddit :(
Edit: +1 for Reddit though
I would consider getting the $10 Logitech keyboard today, and save money to get a nicer keyboard from like corsair or ducky. I have the black widow tournament edition and it is a nice keyboard, but I can't get a full new set of keys because not all of them are cherry compatible and have weird shaped keys. Razer isn't a bad company, I have a deathadder as my mouse and I will die by it, but I would try and save up for a really nice keyboard.
+1 for setting up your computer in the bios without a keyboard
Yeeeaaaaa, I was going U.S. prices for it, that's all. Poor dude for having to pay $800 for it
waits for pascal buys $500 graphics card
my friend just got it for his new setup (redoing the color on his custom loop) and it is super clean.
$450 mother board made for overclocking, $3 stock cooler
where does it mention 4k in here? also a 970 wouldn't cut it for 4k. 970 can barley d 1440p. the 970 is a 1080p card. you need dual 980tis to run 4k games on high settings smoothly
If you are doing 3d rendering or editing, 8 gigs isn't enough. 16 gigs should be the least you would consider using. 32 gigs is a good happy medium if you can afford it and 64 gigs is closer to over kill
Being a video editor myself, 16 gigs doesn't always work very well. Especially if he is doing 3d modeling, 32 gigs is a minimum if he is using a minimally complex scene and wants fluid motions.
oh ok. Just wanted to include you incase you didn't!
He talks about using the rig for video editing and gaming on the side. 32 gigs of ram in by no mean overkill
We gamers have to remember that a lot of other things hat computers are used for can eat up ram. One of those is video editing which he is doing. Also, browsing on chrome uses a lot of ram... lol inside jokes for days #pcmr
Just to clue you in, since it seems like you are new to the community, Can it play minecraft is a joke about if the computer is good, kind of making fun of peasants and younger kids
