from completed build Ryzen 3600 & Radeon RX 5700

I wanted to give AMD a chance to win me over from team NVIDIA. I’ve had really good experiences with my NVIDIA cards in the past, but wanted to try out a full AMD build. Again the price performance is very good for this card. Driver support will be the deciding factor on whether it was a good purchase or not. I have experienced some crashes while playing Apex Legends, and hope those issues will get ironed out quickly.

I did overclock slightly (have since reverted to see if that was the cause of the crashes, though it appears not), and was able to score on the Firestrike benchmark of 20,419. Comparing that score to others that have the Ryzen 5 3600, it is right above the NVIDIA 2070’s and 1080’s, and right below the 2070 super’s and 2080’s. Again, half the price of a 2080 for slightly lower performance and no ray tracing. If the crashes are resolved, it will be a great value purchase.

Happiness with purchase: 5/10 - Game crashes are frustrating. Hopefully it’s just a driver issue that gets fixed. If that’s the case, this goes to a 9/10, but for now, I’m on the fence as to if this was a good purchase.

Great card. Especially for it's price. Haven't really had any problems with the temperature. It looks nice too.

It's a reference card(I think?) with a blower fan, which I think sums it up pretty well. Got it on sale for $289 at Newegg. Not the greatest 5700 card, but $289 is a great price.

Blower fan is a... blower fan.

from completed build First ever PC build

This is a fantastic GPU hands down. Games look great at 1440 and for the price, it beats NVIDIA. I did have some driver issues, but then again it is an AMD GPU. But those have been resolved after an uninstall and reinstall.

from completed build Compact 850$ AMD Budget Build

Never actually tested its full performance because of the TV problem as i mentioned above in description. But it performs smooth as far as i have used. it would have been better if it had an back plate.
