As one of the cheapest RTX 2080, this model doesn't have too many features. The LED control doesn't provide too many flexibility. Overall the performance is good. Cooling is better than I expected.

This thing has been a workhorse and takes everything I can throw at it. Using the installed fans, it was quiet but tended to run warm. Now with the water block, it manages to stay pretty cool. I have yet to find any bottlenecks and can't get the temperature above 55C during testing.

This thing is a beast, I love it. Will need to use it more to see if I can manage the heat a bit better.

Oh this one was fun; most of my decision was factored upon sales. I was set on either the 2070 super, 5700 XT, or the 2080. I wanted to eventually upgrade to a 1440p 144hz monitor (currently using 1080p 144hz). In the month scanning for a video card, I was using my old 1050 ti. I nearly bought a 1070 ti on EVGA's midweek madness for $250, but felt I should try to squeeze a bit more power out of my budget. 2070 super's didn't fluctuate much in price, and I hesitated on the 5700 XT because of driver issues. Plus I wanted to use the GeForce built in screen recorder. A 2080 finally popped up on a Amazon Warehouse 20% off sale.. I've never had a bad experience with returns with Amazon so I felt I was pretty safe if anything was wrong. It's been amazing so far!

Was looking for the reference card when this one dropped back to MSRP, so I bought it instead. EVGA makes good stuff and haven't been disappointed so far.

Mighty fine GPU more than capable in all game titles, though you might want to tune down the settings a little if your using this for 4K gaming.

Amazing card. Found an open box for $583 before tax and jumped all over it.

Runs very smooth 1440p games. Thing is, It easly gets to 85deg on Games, I don;t know if its full load even if I have an ambient temperature of 25deg on full fan mode. Probably its the case but I think it is still too much.

I went with the RTX 2080 for this build, because I wanted to have a card that is going to last a good while before needing to be updated. This card has impressed me quite well, and exceeded my expectations. The RGB customization on the EVGA Black is an added bonus that I absolutely love!

Slays everything it touches in ultra settings 1440p. Fans seem to keep temps under control well, I have been running this thing hard and only seen it hit 60 C
