It may not be the highest Gigabyte Z270 board available but for my needs it was perfect. It came packaged really well, and the bulk adapter for case electronics (Power LED, Reset etc) make getting that particular (often painful) task in the setup phase a real breeze. I love the smart fan headers, and the BIOS is easy to navigate and change around.

This motherboard looks great and performs well. Had an issue in the BIOS where the CPU voltage was set way too high by default, leading to anxiety inducing temps on the CPU. After i realized this though, it was an easy fix and everything is now running great and cool.

If you're interested in this board i can definitely recommend it.

Update: Gigabytes App center (which is required for RGB fusion) will absolutely destroy your PC's performance(this has been confirmed by several others). I'm not sure how many Motherboards this effects, but absolutely do not install App center if you're going to get this board. If you want to change the colors of the LED's on this board, just use the BIOS.
