Got this from walmart and used my discount. I saved $90 so i literally paid $780 total for this gpu (tax included) and free shipping. Upgraded from 1080 ti because of space issue. But i do love rgb on this as well and i wished the gaming x trio 2080 would have fit in this case but im ok with the duke. I overclocked this to over 2250 mhz! Added 500 memory clock but i can add more. For now, i am happy with this overclock. And with the 2 intake fans in this, this gpu doesn't go higher than 71c. Fresh air cooling from bottom and it's great overall.

LOVE this card! No problems with it thus far. Have had it for just a few days but runs very smooth. While playing BO4 it gets me 150+ FPS and a temp of around 58 Celsius. Hovers around 28 Celsius idle.

This is exactly what I needed. A GPU that's a monster, a brand that is extremely reputable, and that it does not crash. I bought this GPU as my Gigabyte RTX 2070 WINDFORCE would crash OW after 10 minutes of gaming, and I just could not take it any longer with this, and I've had it for less than two weeks!
The 2080 is an absolute BEAST, and if you can afford it, pick one up. My buddy wanted me to go for the Strix by Asus, but given the caliber of MSi, and because dragons, I went with the DUKE, and I do not regret this decision.
Also, please please please avoid 2070s if you can. Apparently they all have known issues for crashing and artifacting, and I want new builders like myself to have caution when they're selecting parts.

This was the best value card in my opinion at the time I bought it. Cheaper than the 1080ti's at time of writing and slightly more powerful. I really like the way this card looks in my case with the Duke and Dragon logo lit on the side. It's already nicely overclocked out of the box so I don't need to push it for now. It runs BF1 on Ultra effortlessly which for me is awesome.

This card is massive, but extremely cool! It handles anything thrown at it with ease at 1440p on high-ultra settings
