Fantastic GPU. Overclocks quite well (1380 MHz GPU and 1900 MHz VRAM stable while staying under 75C) considering it's the 4GB variant. It plays 4k/1440p well in most Indie games. It even manages 1440p under moderate settings in most AAA games. In 1080p, it kills it. Stays quiet, even while OC'd.

This card received a lot of hate from YouTube reviewers, but I'm honestly satisfied, the temps are normal for me, doesn't go beyond 74C° after long gaming sessions, and it's very silent I can barely hear it (most noise coming from my PC is caused by the stock intel cooler). I had to change some voltages and clocks though using Wattman and it's all good now.

Ideal for 1080p gaming on very high settings. Gigabyte cooling very good and reasonably quiet for the overclock it can achieve. The 8GB version would be better at 1440p but the RX 480 is primarily a 1080 beast.

Received a faulty GPU at first, waited 2 weeks for an RMA. Support is janky. Super fast GPU and can play many games on highest settings.

Got it for 237 Euros :(. Not the best deal but works perfectly.

from completed build AMD is love, AMD is life.

It's a great card. OCs very well while still staying cool and quiet, the 4GB VRAM isn't a problem at all. I'm glad I bought this over the 1060 3GB.

If you get this card, mess around in WattMan and you'll surely get a great experience.
