I purchased this for just over £12 on Amazon, and for that price, it's a bargain! I used it to replace the center fan in my Noctua NH-D14. It's PWM, and goes up to 1500 RPM (the original fan was FLX, and ran at 1200 RPM as standard). Also, the colour is a little more....... subtle.

To me this fan was noisier than advertised, but it's a great performer.

Works like a charm, they are loud at max rpm, but it's a 140mm fan. You don't need to run it at max rpm, if you are wondering, 1000rpm is a tolerable noise.
