Paul's Hardware and BitWit have used the 16GB version of OLOY kits in past builds and I haven't read or watched anything that indicates this would be a poor choice. Personally I don't like their esthetic, so for that reason alone I would not likely buy this kit unless the modules were destined for a build where they won't be seen.

I don't buy off brand memory stick with Corsair, GSkill or Crucial for their much better support.

I partially agree with this sentiment but do keep in mind every major, reliable brand out there had to begin somewhere.
