intended use for this build:

1- 3D modeling\rendering using Blender

2- Playing simple RPG(E.g. Allods)\ FPS(E.g. overwatch,Paladins ) \ strategy(E.g. Sid Meier’s Civilization) games . I also want to try some new upcoming AAA games(E.g.Cyberpunk 2077)

kind of performance I am looking for:

1080p 144hz ultra settings

N.B : I am not considering waiting for the new ryzen and nvidia super GPUs , as I think the suggested build satisfies my needs , also I want to save the extra money for games

Update : I replaced 860 evo with 970 plus because I just realized it wasn't nvme

You will probably not hit 60FPS in EVERYTHING on max setting, but it should come pretty close.

Here is my revised list. I changed the mobo for a comparable one for less money, the ram is a bit faster and cheaper, there is a new promo for the GPU that dropped the price a touch, the Corsair SSD is faster and more reliable, and I changed the PSU out for a better price.

Overall it looks to be a solid build!

thanks for the quick feedback! unfortunately, the promo doesn't apply for my country also, the mobo & ram are out of stock (I can purchase from newegg only ). The Rosewill PSU doesn't support free global shipping while EVGA dose! so basically it costs more in my case. The corsair ssd definitely has greater price/performance , but it has less indurance(TLC) than the samsung one (MLC) besides Samsung chip has better reviews in general

Was about to say I'd like to see where you're getting the info that the Corsair drive is more reliable than the Samsung option.
