Without knowing how your local regional prices compare with part alternatives, it would be difficult to assess whether those savings are possible.

The parts list is in dollars and you're asking for a 50 Euro trim. If you're based in Europe, maybe select your country from the top right currency drop down list, or a listed country which best resembles your local market pricing structure.

If you don't have an SSD I would drop the RGB fans and secure one for the primary boot drive. SSDs make a huge performance difference and going without one is limiting your systems full potential.
