I am currently using AMD Ryzen Balanced as my power plan but when I check the setting it sits at 90% minimum (idle state) I immediately did some research and found nothing, Is it really worth it or should I switch to Balanced, High performance, or Power Saver?

What you mean by 90% minimum (idle state)?

At what speed (GHz) does your Ryzen 2600 run at idle?

when you go to your computer's "power plan" you'll see different options, for me, I have 4 that I mentioned above and the idle state I am referring to is the minimum processor power state under processor power management which is set to 90% which is really high for an "Idle" state, But correct me if I am wrong.

I'm sorry but (noob here) how do I know what speed my processor run at idle (GHz) in terms of what your question is.

Thank you.

A little guide about the different power plan options and what it does.

You can view your recent CPU speed from Windows task manager

There are multiple options to open the task manager.
