So I was wondering if $400 was enough to make a pc that can run fortnite, rainbow six and cs go at 60 fps 1080p even at least low-medium settings. Only thing I would put high in videos games it was distance. but that's it, so my budget is $400 (I could squeeze to $450 if its really necessary) location: US. Peripherals required: none and OS: whats the cheapest os that supports those games? ill buy that with different money so its not included in the budget and also can you guys use intel cpu? thanks.

If you want the best performance, you’re probably better off getting a refurbished desktop, replace the PSU and install an SSD and a decent GPU

Saying this now but the ssd may require the user buying a separate dell 2.5 to 3.5 caddy to put the ssd in a safe location.
