Since I'm stupid, I didn't turn the fast boot option on for my MSI Z370-A PRO because it said SATA drives would be disabled. Should I worry about updating the BIOS? What happens if I can't exit the BIOS (REALLY worried about that happening)?

If you are worried about boot times, get a SSD. Simple as that

Not sure about it disabling sata drives

It wouldn't be in the boot order unless I configure it I'm pretty sure

Should I worry about updating the BIOS?

Only if you're having issues that have been fixed with an update.. Use the latest one which includes all fixes including prior updates. Always update using utility inside bios.

What happens if I can't exit the BIOS (REALLY worried about that happening)?

nah...

Ok, thanks. So not being able to exit the BIOS is a thing of the past I’m assuming.
