Well that's hard to pin down. Technically you'd expect the TridentZ, being G.Skill's flagship line, to be the most reliable. It doesn't mean it will work better than the other two.

from the research ive done the trident z is newewer and available at higher speeds then the Ripsaw. but i dont know if there is any differences besides the heat sink.

I'd go with whichever one is cheaper and matches your build's theme.
