Description

List for now only. Images to be attached later.

Has been booted up, windows downloaded and things like Steam etc installed for him ready to go. XMAS present / has to earn money in the build up to pay for it, like the old days and not getting it because he wants it now!

Had some bits left over / spare here to add in like the wifi adaptor, keyboard and free mouse.

For what I paid, its an absolute bargain. Took about 30 mins to build and an hour to get windows, steam, etc on there ready for him to start.

Been looking at a HD 144mhz 1ms monitor today on sale with EBAY/EBUYER for £100 after 20% code so might be getting added too to finish the build off.

Comments appreciated if anything comes up!

I would’ve gone with a 8gb model gpu. There are some great deals on this site. The case brand I’ve never heard of, hopefully the airflow is good. I would’ve gone for a more trustworthy brand for a psu like EVGA. All you need is 500w 80+bronze. You sure are a nice brother though.

I did have a look at that but for what I paid and got it with 2 free games with AMD and he wont be going over 1080p and a newbie to pc gaming so a move from console should be an improvement or at least match some of it.

The PSU was a good price and he wont be overclocking or pushing it so hopefully will be fine. I wanted modular so it was a nice clean build, looking nice and allowing air to flow. Has the basic cpu aircooler on so should be fine for his level of use but ill get him to report back on the case and temps and the cooler i can change cheap enough to the trusty hyper 212 evo I used to have and a popular budget choice. Soon see how he gets on with it all. Has to wait so might be a while reporting back, I might set it up here soon and stress test it a bit first.

That case looks really amazing for the price, how was the cable management? Any difficulties? :)

The case is great. I’ve just finished a second build with it and I’ve had no issues on either. Cable management has been fine, the shroud is a big plus. I’ve used modular psu’s on both which obviously helps in that aspect too. There’s been more than enough room for both builds and routing most places. Really smart finish for £40

How was the case. Was it an easy case to build in. Would you recommend the case?

Hi, sorry for late reply! It was pretty easy to build in, taking into consideration the cost of it. I have quite large hands so it can get a bit tight to manoeuvre around but pretty similar to most that size. I've built in about 7 cases now and 2 of them have been this case and its probably nestled in the middle rank. Build quality was decent and for the money you will struggle to get much better. I personally dont like the tinted glass, but I had a much bigger budget so nice to show off inside components.
