Description

I will be using this PC for web browsing, spreadsheets, and YouTube. I wanted something small and desk mini is the smallest PC I've ever had :)

The build was very easy. It only took me 15 minutes to put everything together. Windows 10 Home installed under 20 minutes.

This computer is quite snappy and performs great. Also, it supports 4k 60Hz due to DisplayPort output, which was perfect since I have an ultrawide 2k monitor. I am currently running it at 3440x1440 @ 75Hz.

Part Reviews

CPU

Excellent CPU even in 2018. Has dual core with hyperthreading and only cost me $62. Also, it supports 4k displays via DisplayPort.

Memory

RAM is RAM. Worked out of the box.

Storage

Very good SSD. Bought it on sale. Performs better than my previous 2.5" SSD.

Custom

Awesome case. It is ridiculously small and it's perfect if you have limited space at your desk.

Awesome, haven’t seen too many of these around. Can I ask, does it get noisy when you’re stressing the CPU? Looks like that thing wouldn’t insulate sound very well.

Thank you.
It gets a bit noisy under full load with silent mode on cpu fan. Otherwise its not bad at all. I wanted to buy a noctua low profile fan but since I don’t stress the cpu that often, stock intel cooler will do just fine.

Nice! I like the simplicity. This looks like it might be perfect for a NAS build.
