Description

3900X slightly undervolted, Ram slightly oc'd. Need to find time to rewire some of the light controller stuff to make it cleaner.

Does your office use the NAS, or just you? Was it difficult to get all that configured?

I'm surprised you fit all those cables in the back to be honest, good luck rerouting the smaller stuff to try and clean up the look there's a whole lot!

Just me mostly. It's just a simple smb on the network and 4 of the drives are their own raid 1's in windows so software raid so not as fast as say hardware off the mobo which I can also do but easier to recover from for sure. I also take backups of this machine in its entirety as raid is not backup. As for the cables the huge mess is some rgb controller stuff that is now gone and a little.

Nice build +1 Do you own the 1080 ti from before or did you buy it for this rig? Not saying anything bad, i own one as well, just curious because in my mind this is still top price to performance card for 400$.

I had two 1080 zotac amp extremes in SLI and it took up the whole space to the point I had my soundcard on a riser that had it vertical against the gpus and it was fine but since SLI is basically dead and it was a lot of extra weight and not great for moving the case around, before the supers came out I sold them for 500 bucks then got the ftw for 540. Not bad in my opinion as it's dual slot and very quiet compared to the two 2.5x cards that could not actually use zero fan mode correctly due to firmware bugs. I also use less way less idle power now too. This why I have that tin snipped at the time hole in the back of my R5. https://i.imgur.com/DB463WE.jpg https://i.imgur.com/Y1ajnpc.jpg
