Decided to do something of a rebuild; took my year old rig and wanted to give it a fresh coat of paint. NZXT S340, a great beginner case, but as I've become more of an enthusiast decided I needed some more space. The Enthoo Evolv ATX TG is a fantastic case. Spacious, great cable management options. It was a flawless transplant. Around every corner of this case was a surprise that made me really realize that Phanteks had thought about everything.

One of the big reasons I switched cases was to have space for a 140mm radiator along with my 280 CPU. Bought the Kraken G12 for ease and cost effectiveness (because while I'd love to have a custom loop, just cant really dedicate the time or money) So settled with the G12 and a G42. My GPU went from close to 40c idle to 30c. Under load went from 80c+ to around 50c, was a pretty damn impressive improvement from the stock founders edition cooler (which was expected). Upgraded from a 6600k to a 7700k just for a more rounded out rig.

Part Reviews

As expected. Got it to an easy stable OC of 4.5

CPU Cooler

Works great. Low temps all the time.

Look at the pretty lights!

Storage is important. A standard drive.

If I could give this case more stars, I would. Pictures of this case do NOT do it justice. If you're on the market for a new case, or are building for the first time, don't scimp on the case like I did the first time. Get something sexy as hell like this.

Power Supply

It powers my rig. So 5 stars.

Operating System

I like Windows 10.

Wireless Network Adapter

Steady, reliable wireless.

Ultrawide is beautiful. Wish it was 75hz though.

Weird keycaps, got used to them eventually though.

Battery life is ***, but love the button assortment and its very comfortable.

Best gaming headset I've ever had.

Sound good enough, they arent trying to rival my surround sound setup.

good build. you should look into RGB LEDs and fans to match your cables. Only my suggestion though

by the way, your placement of LEDs in your case is messing with my OSD.

The LED strip is RGB, and you cant see the actual strip where I have everything set up, just in the pictures. The plan is also to get another strip to just go along the entirety of the case.
