UPDATE Did a bit of research and got the aftermarket cooler working after all.
First, I would like to say I am 16 years old, and this is my first build to get into PC gaming after playing mainly on Xbox for a number of years.
I built this PC with the main goal of: build a PC capable of keeping up with all modern AAA titles, while staying at a price point that fit my (very tight) budget. The CPU is great running at NOW 4.4 GHZ on AFTERMARKET cooler at a comfortable temp of only 38 celsius when under load , and the 4gb of VRAM in the 750ti really helps.
GTA 5 - Normal Settings w/ high texture quality. 8x Anisotropic, normal Post AA, 60fps+ when walking around etc, around 51fps when driving.
Wolfenstein The Old Blood - Mix of medium and high settings, 4x Anisotropic, CUDA Rendering enabled, runs Beautifully at around 75fps.
Battlefield 4 - Mostly high settings, a few medium, and again 4x filtering runs the game around the high 60s range for fps.
CSGO - Lets be real, if you get less than 150fps on this you need to reevaluate your life choices...
Please let me know what you think. or what you would have done differently!
