Description

So my little daughter was to be born and we went to the maternity, while we where waiting for several hours, someone brake into my car and stole my Laptop! :(

I wasn't expecting have to buy a new PC and i have a daughter now, so it have to be cheap as hell! After many hours of negotiation with my wife i finally got around 500$ for a "gaming something", so i start thinking
  • 500$ on a laptop? didn't find anyone good enough for me...

*Maybe a console? hum naaah....

And then!! I KNOW IM GONNA BUILD MY OWN PC!!! So i start watch videos on youtube for hours and PcPartPicker was my new homepage and i build what i think a good budget PC!

First Build BTW!

Part Reviews

CPU

CPU AMD was out of the question, and intel is quite expensive so no i5 for me on a 500$ budget :(

CPU Cooler

I trade it for sommes CS:GO Keys xD

I didn't want to spend to much money on a CPU cooler because im not gonna Overclock because i can't :/ and the diference between stock cooler and low price CPU Cooler is not that much. But thanks to my friend i got a nice CPU Cooler that gets the job done, and since i don't have side window case i don't care if it looks good or not.

Motherboard

**MOTHERBOARD I really like that Bios and it offers a lot of cool features for the price! I mean it!! check it out : https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/H81MK/

Memory

well... close case so no need for fancy RAM!

Video Card

**GPU I really like the strix design and the fact that is a 0dB GPU while idle! thats just perfect!!!

*Fire Strike Score - 4491 with AMD Radeon R7 370(1x) and Intel Core i3-4170 Processor

Tomb Rider - Ultimate settings - 57.1 fps (avg) - 1080p BF4 - Ultra settings - 57fps (avg) - 1080p Witcher 3 - Ultra settings - 29fps (avg) - 1080p Far Cry 4 - High settings - 45fps (avg) - 1080p Grid Autosports - MAX settings - 56.9fps (avg) - 1080p GTA V - High Settings - 50 fps (avg) - 1080p

I've noticed that you aren't using your USB 3.0, because of your motherboard. I had the same problem, so I bought a 3.0 to 2.0 adapter.

(this is the one I bought: http://www.ebay.com/itm/USB-2-0-9Pin-Motherboard-Female-to-USB-3-0-20Pin-Header-Male-Adapter-Cable-Cord-/351705193420?hash=item51e3435bcc:g:MQYAAOSwFNZWx-BB)

Hopefully this helps! (:

Amd was out of the question!!?? You could have easily gotten an fx 6350 with a wraith cooler and gotten 4.2 easily. The fx 6300 is a much better budget cpu then an i3

why no i3 6100... or fx 4350 since it a quad core and performs in games the same as a 6300.... that i3 is worse than CPU's that are 40 dollars cheaper
