It looks good and all, but why no SSD?

because he didnt want one probably, so dont be that person who asks the same question on literally every build without one. Its in no way a requirement

SSDs to me are a requirement unless you are using a very low end setup. The general speed of the build is significantly faster on desktop and file transfer. Unless the build is under $400, I will always go with an SSD, even a cheaper 64gb model will cut it.

As i said i already have an SSD and for my work i dont want to waste money because it wont last on my part. I dont usually transfer but i do a lot of Read/Write process. Im happy how its fast and i dont care if you can transfer a damn file for 3 secs. Who the hell in the world work with just transferring a file LOL. Transferring files for work? Seriously ?

TBH I just love your wallpaper! XD

Good job by the way, I would definitely recommend buying an NVME SSD for your OS though.

I have an SSD last time and it didnt last long. So rather than wasting money i bought some HDD with 7200rpm and im happy how fast it is.

I think you would have been better of maybe just sticking with 2 a bit cheaper screens, and no fancy rgb would have gotten a way better pc for that money.

if the prices are right you would probs save about $300-350 just on the screens thats enough to afford a gtx 1080 and if you droped the rgb and tightened the belt you might be able to get the ryzen 1600.

Dont get me wrong you got what you paid for the build looks amazing but i would personally put a bit more money into the acctual pc

Yes no worries about that but pricing in different countries are different. Here in the Philippines those fans cost around $5. And the monitors are cheap though. For the GPU it cost around 40% more here. as well as the CPU and motherboard. I dont have enough money as well if i go for 1080 i need to upgrade PSU which i already have as well as the case and RAM.

Pricing here is a bit different unlike in US and other countries. As well as the power consumption its really pain in the *** how expensive the electricity here lol

ohh ok :P that explains it, its the same reason one of my cousins got a 1080 for pc with a 1080p monitor its because at the time in poland for some bizzar reason the 1070 was the same price as the 1080 and the best part is that it wasnt because of the shortage it wasnt that the 1070 was super expensive it was that for some reason they decided to drop the price for the 1080 :P

LOL so lucky i hope that happens here in PH too but i guess its impossible XD the GPU prices keeps increasing. And cryptocurrency here in PH is blooming so GPU and RAM are getting expensive atleast 5% every 5 months

Why do people make it seem like SSDs are a requirement ? They really aren't

  • 1 point

that really depends on the requirement tho, I mean running a Stock analyst software without an SSD is laggy. Cool setup BTW.
